CT导向下植入^(125)Ⅰ粒子治疗25例晚期上颌窦癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨CT导向下放射性125Ⅰ粒子组织间植入治疗晚期上颌窦癌的可行性、疗效和副反应.方法对于28例不愿意手术和放疗的晚期上颌窦癌患者,局部浸润麻醉后在CT导向下实施125Ⅰ粒子植入术.结果 28例中完全缓解23例(82%),部分缓解4例(14%),疾病稳定1例(3%),有效率96%,疼痛缓解率76%.结论CT导向下实施125Ⅰ粒子植入术是治疗晚期上颌窦癌的一种安全、有效、微创的姑息性治疗方法.Objective To investigate the feasibility, efficacy and side effects of CT guided 125I seed implantation for maxillary sinus carcinoma. Method For 28 patients with advanced maxillary sinus carcinoma reluctant to accept surgery and radiotherapy,125I seeds were implanted into the tumor tissues under local anesthesia and guidance of CT. Results The effective rate of 125I seed brachytherapy showed complete remission （CR） in 23 cases, partial remission （PR） in 4 cases, and stable disease （SD） condition in r case. The total effective rate was 96% and the rate of pain relief was 76%. Conclusion 125I seed implantation under guidance of CT is a safe, effective and minimal invasive palliative therapy for advanced maxillary sinus carcinoma.
