摘 要:目的:分析广东产大叶桉叶挥发油的主要化学成分,探讨其对小鼠的遗传毒性。方法:用气相色谱-质谱法分析大叶桉挥发油的化学成分,用归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量;采用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠胚胎肝转移微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。结果:分离出19个峰,并全部鉴定,广东产大叶桉叶挥发油主要成分为1,8-桉油素(84.15%)、γ-松油烯(4.82%)、对伞花烃(3.49%)、α-蒎烯(3.19%)等;桉叶油灌胃剂量400,200,100 mg/kg时,诱发的骨髓微核率、胚胎肝微核率、精子畸形率与阴性对照组相比,均无显著性差异。结论:本实验条件下桉叶油对小鼠无遗传毒性。To analyze the main chemical constituents of volatile oil in folium Eucalyptus Robusta from Guangdong, and explore its geno- toxicity to mice. Methods: The chemical constituents of volatile oil in folium Eucalyptus Robusta were separated and identified by GC-MS, the relative content of each component was determined by area normalization; Micronucleus test of adult mice bone marrow cells and fetal mice hepatocytes, and sperm shape abnormality test were carried out. Results: Nineteen components were isolated and identified from volatile oil. Compared with control group, the mieronueleus rates of bone marrow and fetal hepatic cell and teratospermia number were no statistic difference in any of the index. Conclusions: The main chemical components of volatile oil in folium Eucalyptus Robusta from Guangdong were 1,8-eineole(84. 15% ), y-ferplnene (4.82%), camphor(6.99% ) , p-cymene (3.49%), α-pinene (3.19%), et al. Genotoxicity of folium Eucalyptus Robusta was not verified in this research.
