摘  要:以甲酰胺和乙酸钾为一次插层剂,丙烯酰胺为二次插层剂,制备高岭土插层复合物并研究其热脱嵌行为。利用XRD、FTIR、TG-DTA等测试方法对高岭土插层复合物进行表征。结果表明,高岭土的粒度对插层效果有很大影响,粒度较小的颗粒更易于插层;甲酰胺、乙酸钾、丙烯酰胺插层高岭土后,(001)晶面层间距分别扩大到1.01nm、1.12nm和1.41nm,其中乙酸钾的插层率最佳;三种插层剂在高岭土层间与羟基以氢键结合;丙烯酰胺从高岭土-甲酰胺插层复合物层间热脱嵌所需活化能为13.187kJ/mol,从高岭土-乙酸钾插层复合物热脱嵌所需活化能为22.654kJ/mol,由于氢键作用,丙烯酰胺在加热过程中更容易从高岭土-甲酰胺插层复合物中脱嵌。The kaolin intercalation complexes were prepared by formamide and potassium acetate intercalated to kaolin at first and acrylamide secondly. The thermal deintercalation of the kaolin intercalation complexes were also studied. The intercalation complexes were characterized by XRD, FTIR, TG-DTA and so on. The results showed that the particle size of kaolin had great influence on results of the intercalation. The smaller size particles were, the intercalation was more easy. After kaolin were intercalated with formamide, potassium acetate and acrylamide, the layer spacing of the (001) crystal faces were respectively extended to 1.01nm, 1.12nm and 1.41rim, in which potassium acetate intercalation rate was best. Three intercalation agents were intercalated into kaolin layers and the hydrogen bonds were formed with hydroxyl radical. In the second intercalation complexes, the activation energy of acrylamide deintercalated from Kaolinite-benzamide intercalation compound is 13. 187kJ/mol, and from Kaolinite-potassium acetate intercalation complex is 22.654kJ/mol. Due to strong hydrogen bond, acrylamide was deintercalated easily from the kaolin-formamide intercalation complexes than that from Kaolinite-formamide complexes in the heating process.
