摘　　要：通过对9所高校学位论文讲座的工作安排、讲座内容、时间、适应对象以及课件获取途径、论文库汇总介绍等现状进行调查,发现论文讲座中存在:内容笼统宽泛、时间安排欠妥、讲座方式传统、信息获取途径有限、论文库介绍缺少实用性等问题,提出了开展学位论文讲座的建议和方法,并通过实例来分析其效果和作用。Through surveys on dissertation lectures of nine university libraries, with focuses on work arrangement, content, time, audience and courseware obtaining and dissertation database introduction, some problems were found such as too general lecture content, inappropriate time arrangement, teaching method lack of innovation, limited information access ways, and lack of database introduction. Then the paper gives some suggestions on the methods of teaching and makes analysis on the effectiveness through examples.
