摘　　要：中国正处于社会转型期,社会结构、运行机制及社会心理与价值观念都在发生着变革和转换,给高等教育带来了深刻的影响。一方面校园建设日新月异,学科专业与日俱增,教学改革推陈出新,行政管理花样翻新,大学规模急剧扩大,迅速迈入大众化,成就毋庸置疑;另一方面,繁荣之下却也危机四伏。我国社会转型期高等教育发展过程中面临的危机主要体现在资源、价值、制度、信任等几个方面,需要观念更新和制度创新予以应对。In the social transition period, social structure, social operating mechanisms, social psychology and values are in the event of change and conversion with a profound impact to contemporary Chinese higher education. On the one hand it is no doubt of its success：construction of the campus changing quickly, disciplines increasing steadily ,teaching reform introducing new administrative guise, the university expanding exponentially, the higher education rapidly entering the mass phase; on the other hand, threatened by growing crisis under the prosperity.The higher education crisis witch facing in the process of development from the resources ,values, institutions, trust, needs concept update and system innovation to reply.
