抗艾滋病复方中单味中药的运用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中药抗艾滋病复方中单味中药的运用情况。方法:查阅国内外中医药抗艾滋病的相关文献,收集国内外用于临床或实验研究的中药抗艾滋病复方,从文献中整理出用于防治艾滋病的各类复方,并对临床或实验研究中作用较明确的复方运用统计学方法计算其单味中药的使用频率,探究中药复方抗艾滋病的特点和规律。结果:中药抗艾滋病复方中单味中药中排序靠前的10味中药材是甘草、黄芪、黄芩、人参、金银花、丹参、柴胡、当归、白花蛇舌草、紫花地丁,除人参和当归外,其他8味中药均已发现具有抗人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)活性。结论:抗艾滋病中药复方是以具有抗病毒活性的单味中药入药为主。Objective： To analyze the application of single Chinese herb of traditional Chinese medical compound prescriptions in treating AIDS.Methods： Related literatures on traditional Chinese medicine anti-AIDS from domestic and international were referred,and antiAIDS traditional Chinese medical compound prescriptions for clinical and experimental researches at home and abroad were collected.Then all kinds of prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of HIV / AIDS from the literatures were sorted out,and the usage frequencies of single Chinese herbs in the prescriptions which showed clear activities in clinical or laboratory studies were calculated in statistics,so that characteristics and rules of anti-AIDS traditional Chinese medical compound prescriptions were explored.Results： The top ten frequently used single Chinese herbs in anti-AIDS traditional Chinese medical compound prescriptions were Glycyrrhizae,Leguminosae,Scutellaria baicalensis,Panax ginseng,Lonicera japonica,Savia miltiorrhiza,Radix bupleuri,Angelica,Hedyotis diffusa and philippine violet herb.All of these single Chinese herbs had been found to exhibit anti-HIV activities except Panax ginseng and Angelica.Conclusion： Anti-AIDS traditional Chinese medical compound prescriptions are mainly composed of single Chinese herbs which have anti-HIV activities.
