摘　　要：目的检测HER2/neu和Akt2蛋白在胃癌及正常胃组织中的表达,分析二者与胃癌临床病理指标间的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测HER2/neu和Akt2蛋白在80例胃癌及40例正常胃组织中的表达。结果 HER2/neu和Akt2蛋白阳性表达率胃癌中分别为17.50%和67.50%,正常胃组织中分别为0和5.00%,胃癌组织与正常胃组织比较HER2/neu和Akt2蛋白阳性表达率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌中,HER2/neu的表达与胃癌Lauren分型、组织学分化程度有关(P<0.05),与临床分期、淋巴结转移及浆膜浸润无关(P>0.05);而Akt2的表达与胃癌Lauren分型、组织学分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与浆膜浸润无关(P>0.05)。HER2/neu及Akt2在胃癌中的表达有一定的一致性(χ2=4.97,P<0.05)。结论HER2/neu和Akt2蛋白在胃癌中有表达,二者的表达可能与胃癌的不良预后有密切关系,HER2/neu及Akt2在胃癌中的表达具有一定的一致性。Objective To study the expressions of HER2/neu and Akt2 proteins in gastric carcinoma and their relationship with clinico- pathological factors. Methods HER2/neu and Akt2 proteins were measured in gastric careinoma （n =80 ） and nomral gastric tissues （n = 40） by immunohistochemical staining. Results In gastric carcinoma,positive rates of HER2/neu and Akt2 proteins were 17.50% and 67.50%;in nolnaal gastric tissue, the positive rates were 0 and 5.00%, both of the results had significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. In gastric carcinoma, HER2/neu expression was related with the Lauren＇s elassification and histological grading （P 〈 0.05）;no association was ob- served between HER2/neu expression and clinical stage ,lymph nodes metastasis as well as serosal invasion （P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of HER2/neu showed certain consistence with Akt2 （ X2=4.97, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There were HER2/neu and Akt2 expressions in gastric carcinoma. The expressions of HER2/neu and Akt2 may play an important role in the ponr prognosis and progression of gastric carcinoma. The expression of HER2/neu showed a definite consistence with Akt2.
