民族地区跨区域科技合作的模式评析与反思

摘　　要：分析了民族地区跨区域科技合作的背景和意义;结合典型案例,归纳出当前民族地区跨区域科技合作的五种主要模式,即府际科技合作、省(区)部科技会商、大院大所对口合作、产业技术创新联盟以及涉外科技合作。文章对各类模式的特征进行了辨析,分析了各类模式之间的联系和区别,最后提出两个分别与主流经济学观点相悖和相符的反思。This paper analyzed the background and meaning of Cross-regional S＆T cooperation in Minority Region. With the principle cases, the paper concluded 5 models of Cross-regional S＆T cooperation in Minority Region, which are, Inter-government S＆T Cooper- ation, Province-ministry S＆T Cooperation, Province- instituate S＆T Cooperation, Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance and Cross- national S＆T Cooperation. The paper analyzed the characters of each model and the relationship among them. At last, the pa- per pointed out two refletions which respectly accordane with and against the main economics theory.
