摘  要:给出蜗线齿轮节曲线具有n个周期的一般形式,根据非圆齿轮节曲线封闭和光滑连接的性质,应用留数定理,推导出与蜗线齿轮共轭的非圆齿轮节曲线方程及两齿轮的中心距,为蜗线齿轮的设计提供了理论基础;将现有的椭圆齿轮副、偏心圆齿轮副与蜗线齿轮副的性能进行了详细的比较,包括传动比、压力角及节曲线凹凸性,得到了各个齿轮副的传动特点,为实际应用中非圆齿轮的选用提供了依据。最后分别以单周期和多周期蜗线齿轮为例,对其节曲线及齿形进行了仿真。A general mathematical description of pitch curve of limacon gear is presented with n cycles. Using residue theorem, the pitch curve of its conjugated noneircular gear and the center distance between the two gears are deduced in accordance with theclosed and smooth property of pitch curves for noncircular gear pairs, which provides a theoretical element for the design of limacon gear pair. The features of elliptical and eccentric gear pair are compared with those of limacon gear piar, including transmission ratio, pressure angle and concave-convex speciality of pitch curves. The transmission characteristics of the three kinds of noncircular gears are obtain for choosing appropriategears in application. Finally, a simulation of the pitch curves and tooth profiles of limacon gear pairs with one and more cycles are developed respectively.
