摘　　要：目的探讨一种和重睑成形术同时进行的简单有效的内眦赘皮的矫正方法。方法行重睑成形术的同时，利用重睑延长切口切开内眦赘皮，并深层固定内眦点以矫正内眦赘皮。结果应用本方法共矫治内眦赘皮197例（394眼），其中190例获得完整随访，除1例内眦赘皮复发外，其余均获得良好效果。术后1个月复查，其中60例有局部瘢痕增生，3—6个月瘢痕完全消失。结论本方法术前设计简单，手术效果较好。Objective To investigate an effective method to correct epicanthus with simultaneous double eyelidplasty. Methods The epicanthus was incised through lengthen the double eyelid incision and fixed in deep layer with simaltaneous double eyelidplasty. Results 197 cases （394 eyes） were corrected with the above method, 190 cases were followed up for a year. Except one recurrence, all the others were sat- isfied with results. Follow-up showed that 60 cases had epicanthoplasty incision scar hypertrophy in one month after surgery and disappeared 3 to 12 months later. Conclusion The method is easy to design,con- venient to operate, and effective.
