摘  要:利用Ansoft软件建立了电控单体泵高速电磁阀三维有限元模型,通过与试验数据对比得出电磁力最大偏差为9%,验证了仿真模型的准确性。应用仿真模型研究了全工况平面内磁极长度、线圈匝数、线圈位置、衔铁厚度、阻尼孔位置和阻尼孔大小等关键参数对电磁力的影响。通过量化分析,得出全工况平面内各参数对电磁力影响的百分比量化指标及其变化规律,磁极长度变化占0.03%~1.26%,线圈匝数变化占20.6%~80.9%,线圈位置变化占1.9%~15.5%,衔铁厚度变化占11.5%~55.6%,阻尼孔位置变化占3.5%~8.6%,阻尼孔大小变化占1.6%~7.8%,其中线圈匝数和衔铁厚度2个关键参数对电磁力影响最大。A 3-D finite element model for high-speed solenoid valve was established in Ansoft environment and validated by comparing to experiment results. The max. deviation of electromagnetic force is within 9%. The influence of key parameters affecting electromagnetic force, such as pole length, coil turns, coil position, armature thickness, damping hole position, damping holes size, etc. was studied in the whole operating conditions by using the model. Through quantitative analysis, their percentage rates and changing rule were obtained. The influence percentage of pole length is 0.03%-1.26%, coil turns 20.6%- 80.9%, coil position 1.9%-15.5%, armature thickness 11.5%-55.6%, damping holes position 3.5%- 8.6%, damping holes size 1. 6% - 7. 8%. Among them, coil turns and armature thickness are the two significant key parameters.
