胃腺癌组织Naked1和MMP-9表达及其相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胃腺癌组织Naked1和MMP-9蛋白表达特征,探讨两者的关系及临床价值。方法:选择97例胃腺癌术后留取的蜡块作为胃癌组,选择62例正常胃黏膜组织作为正常对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测两组中Naked1和MMP-9蛋白表达,观察Naked1和MMP-9表达与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:胃癌组Naked1蛋白表达阳性率明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),MMP-9蛋白表达阳性率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。胃癌组Naked1和MMP-9蛋白表达与肿瘤的临床分期、淋巴结转移、浸润深度、Ki67表达密切相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);Naked1和MMP-9表达具有负相关性(P<0.05),生存分析显示Naked1低表达、MMP-9高表达患者预后差。结论:胃腺癌组织Naked1和MMP-9呈异常表达,两者对病变的进展具有重要作用,术后检测Naked1和MMP-9表达可能对判断预后有一定价值。Objective： To explore the relationship between tric adenocareinoma and its potential role in prognosis. Nakedl and matrix metalloproteinase 9 （MMP-9） in gasMethods： Specimens from gastric adenocarcinoma tissue （n=97） and normal gastric tissue （n=62） were harvested. Expression of Nakedl and MMP-9 was determined by using immunohistochemistry. Results： Compared with the normal gastric tissue, Nakedl expression was lower but MMP-9 was higher in the gastric adenocarcinoma tissue. Nakedl and MMP-9 expression was closely related to clinical stage of carcinoma, metastasis,infiltration, and Ki67（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Nakedl was negatively related to MMP-9 （P〈0.05）. SuIvival analysis showed that lower expression of Nakedl and higher expression of MMP-9 was associated with poor prognosis. Conclusion： Naked1 is negatively correlated with MMP-9 in gastric adenocarcinoma and they may play a potential role in determining prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma patients.
