腹膜后巨大良性肿瘤一例

摘　　要：原发性腹膜后肿瘤是指发生在腹膜后间隙的肿瘤,腹膜后肿瘤主要来自腹膜后间隙的脂肪、疏松结缔组织、肌肉、筋膜、血管、神经、淋巴组织等,是一种较少见的肿瘤,以恶性居多,约占70%。良性肿瘤以畸胎瘤、神经鞘瘤、纤维瘤多见。本文介绍了1例腹膜后巨大良性肿瘤患者,完整切除后,患者预后良好。Primary retroperitoneal tumor refers to tumor occurs in the retroperitoneal space.Retroperitoneal tumor is rarely seen,and more than 70% of them are malignant ones,which are mainly come from the fat,loose connective tissue,muscle,fascia,blood vessels,nerves and lymphatic tissues,while benign tumors are usually teratoma,schwannoma and fibroma.This paper reports a patient with large benign tumor,which has satisfactory prognosis after complete resection.
