摘  要:为了解决使用简易装置、依靠人工方法而导致冷冻细管精液精子复苏率低及冷冻数量少的问题,利用日本西川式简易急速冻结器和密集浸入式细管精液冷冻仪,采取竖向紧密摆放、垂直浸入冷冻精液细管的方法开展试验。结果表明:密集浸入式细管精液冷冻方法,可使解冻后精子复苏率达到57%~61%,并可以增加每次冷冻细管精液数量,与国内人工冷冻方法比较差异显著(P<0.05),国外程控冷冻方法比较差异不显著(P>0.05);应用计算机程序控制细管精液冷冻的方法,能够精确控制精液的降温速率,精子复苏率和工作效率显著提高。To solve the probleas of low rate of spermatozoa resuscitation and fewer number of frozen spermatozoa. By using simple rapid freezer of Japan Nishikawa and tu- bules semen freezing instrument of intensive imraersion style, and by means of closely placing and vertical immersion of frozen tubules semen, indications, with the method of frozen tubules semen in style of intensive immersion, the rate of semen spermatozoa re- suscitation after thawing was 57%-61%, and it was statistically significant compared with domestic manual method (P〈0.05), and it was not statistically significant compared with forein programmed freezing method(P〉0.05),and it increased the number of frozen tu- bules semen every time. The freezing method of tubules semen by using computer programme was able to accurately control the cooling rate, and was able to improve the rate of sper- matozoa resuscitation and work efficiency.
