摘　　要：情商是一种认识自我,驾驭情感,耐受挫折,协调沟通的能力。文章分析了当前高校图书馆人才培养中存在的重智商,轻情商以及图书馆员工情商修养不足与情商能力较弱的现状,阐述了加强高校图书馆员工情商培养与修炼的重要意义,探索了高校图书馆员工情商培养与修炼的方法与途径。EQ can be referred to an ability of self- recognition, emotional control, frustration tolerance as well as communication and negotiation. By analyzing the current situation in academic libraries, such as paying too much emphasis on IQ, ignoring EQ cultivation and the incompetence of the librarians EQ, this article attempts to elaborate the significance of EQ cultivation for academic librarians and explores the approaches on how to cultivate academic librarians ＂EQ. 9 refs.
