摘　　要：德鲁克被称为"管理预言家"和管理思想的"大师中的大师",他关于知识经济时代特征、知识劳动者个人及工作特征、知识劳动者与组织的关系以及知识劳动者个人管理的原则等管理思想在今天对知识劳动者的管理具有重要参考价值。Peter Drucker, intitled ＂management predictor＂ and ＂master in master＂, developed the thoughts about the characteristics of the times of knowledge economy, the characteristics of knowledge workers, the relations between the knowledge workers and organization, and the self - management principles of knowledge workers, which have important ref- erence values today.
