摘 要:选取双进双出流径液冷系统作为研究对象,采用试验的方法,对2并12串的电池模块热特性进行分析,结果表明:室温下,液冷系统的散热性能并不是随进液流量增大而改善的,而是呈现先提高后降低的趋势,进液流量为450L/h时满足最佳散热要求,同时也具有最佳的散热效率;电池模块中部间隙增大4mm时的散热性能同样不是随着进液流量增大而改善的,与原电池模块相比,最高温升和内部最大温差均有所降低,散热性能得到改善;35℃环境温度下,相同进液流量时的电池模块内部温差较室温时变大,可见冷却液温度过多地低于环境温度并不一定会改善电动汽车液冷系统的散热性能,而45℃环境温度下液冷系统的散热性能更差。所得结论为液冷系统散热性能分析提供了参考依据。This paper selected double inlet and outlet flow path of liquid--cooled system as the re- search object,and using the test methods as the research means the thermal characteristics of battery module with 2 parallels and 12 series were investigated. The results indicate that:at room tempera- ture, the heat dissipation performance of liquid--cooled system with double inlet and outlet flow path is not along with the inlet flow, showing the first improved and then decreased, the inlet flow meeting the best heat dissipation performance and heat dissipation efficiency is as 450L/h. The heat dissipation performance of liquid--cooled system with the battery module central gap of 4ram is not along with the inlet flow too, compared to the original battery module, the battery module maximum temperature rising and maximum internal temperature difference are decreased, heat dissipation performance is im- proved. At 35℃ environmental temperature, the battery module internal temperature difference is in- creased, so it will not improve the heat dissipation performance when the temperature of cooling liquid is too much lower than the environmental temperature; at 45℃ environmental temperature,the heat dissipation performance is even worse. It provides a reference basis for researches on heat dissipation performance of liquid--cooled system.
