摘　　要：目的探讨多层羊膜移植治疗难治性角膜溃疡的临床价值。方法选取2011年1～12月来本院就医的17例难治性角膜溃疡患者为观察对象,共17只患眼,所有患者均接受多层羊膜移植治疗,回顾分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果 17例患者的难治性角膜溃疡症状均显著改善,视力明显提高,且所有患者均未发生明显的术后并发症。结论多层羊膜移植治疗难治性角膜溃疡,具有较为理想的临床治疗效果,且操作简单、取材方便,临床应用价值较高。Objective To discuss the clinical value of multi-layered amniotic membrane transplantation in treatment of refractory corneal ulcer. Methods Seventeen patients （17 illed eyes in total）with refractory corneal ulcer in our hospital from January to December 2011 were selected as observation objects. All patients were given the treatment of multi- layered amniotic membrane transplantation. The clinical effect was analyzed. Results After the treatment, the symptom of refractory corneal ulcer was significantly improved in all 17 patients, their eyesight was obviously enhanced and all patients had no significant postoperative complications. Conclusion The multi-layered amniotic membrane transplanta- tion is an ideal treatment in the refractory corneal ulcer and it is easy to operate and convenient to get materials, which lead to the high clinical value.
