脉平片治疗视网膜静脉阻塞76例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察脉平片对视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)的临床疗效。方法 233例RVO患者分为3组。对照组1(中药组)给予复方丹参片;对照组2(常规西药组)给予阿司匹林肠溶片、维生素C、维生素E、地巴唑;治疗组(脉平片组)采用脉平片口服。比较3组治疗前后血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)变化,记录治疗过程中的不良反应。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,脉平片显著下调TXB2含量(P<0.05),上调6-keto-PGF1α含量(P<0.05)。结论脉平片治疗视网膜静脉阻塞安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of maiping tablets in treatment of retinal vein obstruction （RVO）. Methods Two hundred and thirty three RVO patients had been divided into 3 groups. Fufang danshen tablets were ap- plied in control group one （herb medicine group）, aspirin enteric-coated tablets, vitamin C, vitamin E and bendazol were applied in control group two （western medicine group）, treatment group was treated by oral administration of maiping tablets. The changes of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF~ before and after treatment were compared, and the adverse reaction during the treatment was recorded. Results Compared with the control groups after operation, maiping tablets could ascend 6-keto-PGFj~ and descend TXB2 significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Maiping tablets in treatment of the retinal vein obstruction （RVO） are effective and safe and deserve further dissemination.
