慈溪市流动儿童基本医疗保健服务现状调查与改进策略

摘　　要：目的了解流动儿童基本医疗保健服务利用的现状及存在的问题,提出改进流动儿童医疗保健服务的政策建议。方法对居住在浙江省慈溪市境内的2963例流动儿童进行抽样调查,并对流动儿童基本医疗保健状况的相关资料进行分析。结果流动儿童随家庭成员参加新型农村合作医疗制度的占43.23%,1年内接受过儿童健康检查的占86.06%,3周岁以下儿童进行系统管理的占51.33%,流动儿童2周患病率为20.05%。结论应加大流动儿童医疗保健服务的投入力度,强化流动人口医疗保健服务管理,加强健康教育,提高流动人口医疗保障水平和自我保健意识。Objective To understand the current status and problems on basic medical care service of migrant chil- dren, and to put forward some suggestions for it. Methods Two thousand nine hundred and sixty-three migrant chil- dren lived in Cixi City in Zhejiang Province were surveyed with sampling method, and the data of basic medical and health conditions of migrant children were analyzed. Results Among the migrant children, the proportion of attended the new rural cooperative medical treatment system was 43.23%, the proportion of received health examination in the past year was 86.06%, the proportion of received systemic health care under 3 year was 51.33%, the proportion of be- ing illnesses within two weeks was 20.05%. Conclusion We should increase financial investment, strengthen the basic medical care service of migrant children, enhance health education for them, and improve medical insurance system and self-health care awareness.
