摘 要:目的:综述自乳化药物传递系统的处方优化方法和应用。方法:查阅国内外相关文献进行归纳总结。结果:自乳化药物传递系统的处方优化方法有(伪)三元相图法、正交设计法、响应面优化法、D-优化法、定量构效关系法、高通量处方筛选法等。结论:在自乳化药物传递系统的研究中,可根据考察的因素和指标,选择合适的处方优化方法进行处方优化。Objective: To review the formulation optimization methods and the application of self-emulsif- ying drug delivery system. Methods: The documents published domestically and in foreign were consulted and summarized. Results: Pseudo-ternary phase diagrams, orthogonal design, response surface methodology, D-optimi- zation design, quantitative structure-activity relationship method, and high-throughput formulation screening system were used to optimize the self-emulsifying drug delivery system formulations. Conclusion: According to the investi- gation factors and the evaluation indexes, the right prescription optimization methods could be chosen to optimize the self-emulsifying drug delivery system formulations.
