介入性治疗食道恶性狭窄的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨介入治疗在食道恶性狭窄中的治疗价值。方法利用球囊导管扩张术和内支架置入术对31例食道恶性狭窄进行成型治疗。结果本组31例食道恶性狭窄复通率100%,提高了患者的生活质量,延长了生存期。结论介入性治疗是治疗食道恶性狭窄安全、有效的方法。Objective To probe the clinical efficacy of the interventional treatment to esophageal malignant obstruction. Methods Thirty-one cases of esophageal malignant obstruction were performed shaping treatment with balloon expandable and were treated with metallic stent. Results In the thirty-one cases of esophageal malignant obstruction, the rate of newly through was 100%. Interventional treatment enhances the quality of patient＇s life and prolongs patiene＇s breathe era. Conclusion Interventional treatment is a relatively safe and effective method in treatment of the patient with esophageal maligant obstruction.
