摘　　要："5.12汶川特大地震"等灾害事件给高校政工系统有效防控大学生集群行为提出了新的要求。基于灾害事件中大学生集群行为分析,从防控工作角度出发,利用运筹学与系统分析理论建立数学模型,探讨了可行的防控对策。After disaster events such as the 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake. the colleges and universities face a new difficult problem that is how to prevent and control the college students collective behavior. Based on the analysis of college students collective behavior in disaster events, from the view point of prevention and control work, operation research and system analysis theory were used to build mathematical model, and the feasible prevention countermeasures were discussed.
