摘　　要：分析新形势下创新高校大学生党性锻炼的必要性与重要性,提出入党前将"中国特色社会主义学习会"和思想政治理论课教学有机结合,严格坚持标准和把好质量关;入党后采取"述职—答辩—测评—问责—奖励"等机制,不断提高大学生的党性修养。This thesis makes an analysis of the necessity and importance of innovating college student party members＇ party spirit exercise in the new situation. It puts forwrads that studying the socialism with Chinese charac- teristics should be connected with teaching ideological and political course before the students join the party urder the prerequisite of severely sticking to the standards and qualifications. A system of ＂debriefing, reply, evaluation, accountability, reward＂ should be taken after college studetns＇ join the party so as to improve college students＇ party spirit cultivation.
