摘　　要：良好的医患关系是保证医疗正常进行的关键,需要从医学生阶段开始培养与人沟通的技能,以促进和谐医患关系形成。从医患沟通的重要性入手,本文从医学生在医患沟通中应该具有的个人素质、应该掌握的沟通技巧、采取的策略等几个方面系统论述了如何培养医学生的沟通能力。Good doctor-patient relationship is the key to ensure medical treatment on the rails. It is necessary to de- velop communication skills in student phase, in order to promote forming the harmonious doctor-patient relationship. From the perspectives of the importance of doctor-patient communication, this paper discusses how to cultivate medi- cal students communicative ability in several aspects, including personal quality, communication skill, strategy of medical students working on the doctor-patient communication.
