摘　　要：社会主义网络文化价值观包括坚持马克思主义指导思想、坚持中国特色社会主义共同理想、坚持以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神、坚持社会主义荣辱观四个方面。因此,坚持社会主义网络文化价值观应注重主导性与多样性、先进性与广泛性、个体性与社会性、继承性与时代性相结合。同时,还应遵守社会主义网络文化价值观的规范,要以热爱祖国、促进和谐、奉献社会、健康文明、开拓创新为荣,以危害祖国、破坏稳定、损害他人、腐朽堕落、阻碍发展为耻。引导人们树立社会主义网络文化价值观要注意正确的舆论导向,健全法律法规制度,完善相关国家政策。In the 21 st century, human society has entered the network age. There is no doubt that internet has the double-edged sword effects on us. China, as a Marxism guided country, shouht build up network values with Chinese characteristics in the development and application of network technologies. Accordingly, internet network can promote the development of the socialist culture and harmonious society. The Network values with Chinese Characteristics include the core values, principles and norms. In order to guide the public in the formulation of the network values with Chinese characteristics, we musl pay attention to the publicity of value orientation and development of law, regulation and national policies on network.
