摘　　要：明清两朝徽商经营的成功,得到世人的首肯和赞赏。在徽商的兴起和发展过程中,徽州妇女发挥了重要的催化和推进作用,同时也为徽商的成功付出了巨大的代价。本文试从徽商妇的婚姻家庭重担以及思想禁锢等几个方面探讨徽商身后妇女的生存状态。As we know, Huizhou women played an important and positive role in the business success of Huizhou merchants who got people＇s approval and appreciation for their splendid accomplishment in Ming and Qing Dynasty. These women also paid a heavy price for Huizhou merchants＇ success. Therefore, this article tries to discuss the destiny of Huizhou women fiom the following aspects： their burden of mariage and family, the inhibition of thoughts and so on.
