摘  要:建立了用凝胶渗透色谱-高效液相色谱法测定植物油中苯并芘的方法。该方法以乙酸乙酯-环己烷(1:1,v/v)提取样品,凝胶渗透色谱净化,以ZORBAXSB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)分离,流动相为甲醇和水(90+10),流速1.0mL/min,激发波长365nm,发射波长412nm,柱温25℃,进样量25μL。该方法的检出限0.4μg/kg,线性范围0.1~10.0μg/L,加标回收率98.7%~109.2%,相对标准偏差为3.81%~8.76%。This thesis developed a GPC-HPLC method for Benzo(a)pyrene in vegetable oil. In the method, sample was extracted with ethyl acetate/hexane (1:1, v/v), purified by GPC, Chromatographic separation was carried out on a ZORBAX SB C 18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol:water(90:10), the flow was 1.0 mL/min, exitcation wavelength was 365 nm, emission wavelength was 412 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃, and the injection volume was 25 μL. The limit of detection was 0.4 μg/kg, The linear plots were obtained between 0.1~10.0 μg/L. Overall recoveries were between 98.7%~109.2%, and RSD value were between 3.81%~8.76%.
