住院医师规范化培训助力新医改——基于上海市三年实践成效

摘　　要：上海市坚持深化医改与人才培养同步推进,在全国率先确立了住院医师规范化培训制度,建立了以政府投入为主的住院医师培训经费保障体系,完成了住院医师招录、培训过程管理和学位接轨等多方面的政策框架设计,逐步使医师队伍整体能力达到三级医院专家水平。Shanghai insists to deepen reform as well as personnel training, took the lead in the country to establish standardized resident training system, set up the residency training financial support system mainly by government investment, completed residency recruiting, training process management and degree conbination and other aspects of the policy framework design, gradually making the ability of the overall physician team to achieve ＂the expert level of the three grade hospital＂.
