摘  要:针对科内护士业务学习遇到的问题,尝试以成人学习原则为理论指导,运用多媒体技术,请医生定时授课,学习后针对性提问等多种学习方法相结合,对外科护士业务学习模式进行创新。此法充分激发了护士学习兴趣,有效提高了护士学习的效果、护士的主动性及综合分析能力,护士对授课形式均表示满意,对所学知识掌握率平均达到95%以上,同时也提高了科室护理队伍的整体素质。Innovations in the professional development (PD) paradigm of nurses in the surgical department was attempted. The new method targets the problems encountered by nurses in PD, utilized the adult learning principle as the theoretical guideline, employed multimedia technology, invited physicians to give lectures and encouraged the nurses tO raise questions. Such an innovation reinforced their learning motives, initiatives and abilities to analyze questions and thus improved the outcome of learning. All participants were satisfied with the innovated lecture-giving method, and obtained an average acquisition rate of over 95% for the learning contents. The overall quality of the nurses of the department was also improved.
