摘　　要："隐曲"一词通行的解释有3种:指心情抑郁;指大小便;指房事。《素问》的一个行文惯例是"男女对举",由"女子不月"可知"不得隐曲"应特指男性。因此可否定大小便的解释。由于《素问》原文为"不得隐曲",通过逻辑判断可否定心情抑郁的解释。从文理的分析,"隐"通"檃","隐曲"即"檃曲",意为"使曲为直"。而在《素问》的语境中,所谓"使曲为直",即使下垂的阴茎勃起。有关隐曲的疾病,即为男子性功能障碍——阳痿。从医理上亦可支持这一观点。Yinqu has three prevailing interpretations：depression,defecation and urine,sexual intercourse.Plain Question has a language of practice that men should be corresponded to women.From the woman amenorrhea,it shows Yinqu should be described as a man＇s behavior.So the explanation of defecation and urine can be denied.As the Plain Question original text was ＂cant Yinqu＂,the explanation of depression can be denied by the logic.Philology shows that the character of隐can be interchanged to檃,Yinqu should be written as檃曲,with the meaning of turning the curved into straight.In the context of the Plain Question,turning the curved to straight means to erect the drooping penis.The disease of Yinqu is male sexual dysfunction-impotence.The medical knowledge can support this point of view.
