摘　　要：老年性痴呆是老年期最为常见的痴呆类型,因其临床症状、病因病机的复杂性及较大的危害性而成为当今医学界研究的重点及难点。中医学所主张的"整体观念"和"辨证论治"思想,对于老年性痴呆的治疗相较西医学具有较大优势,通过对古今中医学家对老年性痴呆病因病机理论的阐述及研究进行整理,以期对现代中医学临床辨治老年性痴呆有所帮助。Alzheimer＇s disease is the most common dementia type in the old.Because of the clinical symptoms,the complex etiology and the dangerous risks,it has become to be the key research and difficulty of the medical profession. The whole idea and syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine have advantages on treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease than western medicine.Through summarizing the theory and studying Alzheimers disease causes and mechanism of the ancient and modem medical scientists,it makes a help to the modern Chinese medicine clinical differentiation of Alzheimer＇s disease.
