精神分裂症5类中医证候舌象脉象调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析精神分裂症5类中医证候舌象、脉象特征。方法:采用临床流行病学调查方法,对湖南、江苏等10个调查点990例精神分裂症患者进行了中医辨证及证候指标调查,将其中痰热内扰、心脾两虚、肝胆火盛、阴虚火旺、肝郁犯脾5类常见证候的舌象、脉象进行统计分析。结果:精神分裂症5类证候共605例,各证的舌象、脉象具有一定的特征。结论:精神分裂症中医5类证候的舌象、脉象特征可为精神分裂症的中医辨证提供一定的依据。Objective：To survey the characters of tongue and pulse conditons associated with five patterns of Schizophrenia. Methods：According to the ways of clinical epidemiology,TCM syndrome differentiation and syndromes indexes were investigated in 990 Schizophrenia patients in 10 investigative sites such as Hunan,Jiangsu.Then,the characters of tongue and pulse conditions were analyzed with statistical ways for five common patterns,including pyrophlegm,cardiosplenic asthenia,hepatocholic fire,asthenic yin causing excessive and hepatic stagnation causing splenic deficiency syndromes. Results：Among the 605 cases with Schizophrenia,various patterns held certain characters of tongue and pulse conditions.Conclusion：The characters of tongue and pulse conditions can be taken as the supporting evidences of the syndrome differentiation of Schizophrenia.
