陇药纹党与白条党的鉴定学比较研究

摘　　要：目的:研究纹党与白条党的鉴定学特征。方法:应用来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定方法来研究纹党与白条党的鉴定学特性。结果:文县栽培品纹党与渭源县栽培品白条党在鉴定学方面有区别,特别是显微方面差别较大。结论:实验结果为该药的GAP、鉴别、开发利用及质量标准的制定提供参考依据。Objective：To study the features of identification between Codonopsis Pilosula cultivated in Wenxian county and Weiyuan county.Method：The differences between Codonopsis Pilosula cultivated in Wenxian and Weiyuan were detected with the method of resources,property,microscopic,physical and chemical identification.Result：There was the difference in the identification of Codonopsis Pilosula cultivated in Wenxian and Weiyuan,especially in the microscopic aspect.Conclusion：The result of the study could provide evidence for GAP,identification,development and utilization as well as the establishment of quality standard for Codonopsis Pilosula.
