固本益肠片联合美沙拉嗪片治疗中重度溃疡性结肠炎19例

摘　　要：目的:观察固本益肠片联合美沙拉嗪片治疗中重度溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用美沙拉嗪片1.0g,3次/d,口服;甲基强的松龙60～80 mg,1次/d静脉滴注,另据病情选择抗生素治疗。治疗组在此基础上加服固本益肠片,4片/次,3次/d,口服;治疗1个月后,观察2组疗效并测定治疗前后患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、IL-10水平。结果:固本益肠片联合美沙拉嗪片治疗中重度溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,治疗组总有效率95.24%,对照组总有效率68.24%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用固本益肠片能提高中重度溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效,并能减少结肠炎性反应水平。Objective：To observe clinical effects of GuBen YiChang tablets and mesalazine tablets to moderate and severe ulcerative colitis.Method：Forty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group.The control group took mesalazine tablets 1.0 g,three times each day;intravenous dripping of methylprednisolone,60 to 80 mg,once each day,choosing antibiotics according to the disease condition.On the basis,the treatment group received GuBen YiChang tablets orally,four pills once,three times each day;after treating for one month,clinical effects of both groups were observed and the contents of CRP and IL-10 were detected before and after treating.Result：GuBen YiChang tablets and mesalazine tablets were effective in treating moderate and severe ulcerative colitis,total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24%,higher than 68.24% of the control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion：GuBen YiChang tablets combined with mesalazine tablets can improve therapeutic effects in treating moderate and severe ulcerative colitis and alleviate inflammatory reaction of colon.
