摘  要:针对浙江省温州洞头海水网箱养殖美国红鱼发生的以肾脏显著肿大为主要病症的肾肿大症疾病,进行病原及其致病性研究.从病鱼肾脏分离获得优势菌株MH061205-2,经人工感染试验证实该菌具有致病性,会引起美国红鱼肾肿大症状.进一步对其进行形态学和生理生化特征测定,以及16S rRNA测序分析等多元鉴定表明:MH061205-2菌株为海藻希瓦氏菌(Shewanellaalgae),是美国红鱼肾肿大症的病原菌,该菌体呈杆状,革兰氏染色阴性,极生单鞭毛,氧化酶反应阳性;该菌对头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、哌拉西林、卡比西林和环丙沙星等15种药物敏感.We isolated a bacterial strain identified for MH061205-2 from kidney in diseased Sciaenops ocellatus with kidney intumesce, and further studied pathogeny and pathogenicity of kidney intumesce of Sciaenops ocellatus. Through experimental infection, we confirm that the isolated bacterial is the pathogen responsible for the mortality. We also characterize the strain on the basis of its morphology, physiology, and sequence comparison of 16S rRNA. The results of those experiments show that the strain MH061205-2 is identified as Shewanella algae. The bacterial are gram-negative rod, and occur singly, being negative in oxidase and sensitive to 15 chemotherapeutants such as Cefotaxime, Ceftazidime, Piperacillin, Carbenicillin and Ciprofloxacinum. As the pathogen of the Sciaenops ocellatus with kidney intumesce, Shewanella algae are reported in this article. The study is expected to render some academic value on the prevention and control of fish diseases and enriching pathogen library data of marine fish.
