摘  要:分别以水、碳酸氢氨、偶氮二甲酰胺/氧化锌(m(AC)/m(ZnO)=2∶1)为发泡剂,废纸浆为增强体,木薯淀粉为基质,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为增韧体,甘油和尿素作为复合增塑剂,辅以其它的各种助剂,利用挤出发泡法制备出可生物降解复合发泡材料,它们分别记作WPS、NPS、APS。并分别讨论和比较这些发泡材料的密度、发泡倍率、吸水性、热稳定性以及泡孔形态。研究结果显示,随着发泡剂含量的增加材料的表观密度先减少后增加,发泡倍率、吸水率则先增加后减少;NPS的热稳定性能最佳,APS稳定性次之,WPS稳定性最差;随着发泡剂含量的增加,材料泡孔数量先增加后减少,孔径先减小后增大,APS泡孔大小较WPS、NPS分布均匀,泡孔数量较WPS、NPS分布多。The foamed composites could be completely biodegradable which was mainly prepared by cassava starch as matrixes,reinforced by waste paper pulp,toughened by PVA,separately foamed by foamer of H2O,NH4HCO3 and AC/ZnO,plasticized by the mixed plasticizer of glycerol/urea and other adjuvants using extrusion foaming method.They were respectively referred as WPS,NPS,APS.Then,the foamed composites apparent density,expansion ratio,water absorption,rebound rate,thermostability and cell morphology were discussed and compared with.The results showed that the apparent density decreased with increasing foamer content,then increasing,while foaming ratio and water absorption increased,then decreasing;the thermostability of NPS was the best,and APS was the second,and WPS was the third.The number of cells firstly increased with increasing foamer content,then decreasing and the side of cells became larger with increasing content of foamer,and the size of APS was more uniform than that of WPS and NPS,and the number of APS was more than that of WPS and NPS.
