青年人才资助的“科研年龄”和“职业生涯早期”标准及其启示

摘　　要：本文通过简要介绍"科研年龄"和"职业生涯早期"标准在美国等国家青年人才资助项目中的应用,并与我国生理年龄标准的实践进行对比分析,提出中国应借鉴国外先进经验,结合生理年龄和科研年龄标准,在相关人才计划中进行探索和实践。This paper briefly introduces the practice of the criteria of academic age and early stage of career in funding young scientists in countries especially the US. By comparing and examining the practice the bio- logical age criteria in China, it suggests that China should learn the good practices of other countries and improve the practice of funding young scientists by combining the two criteria.
