统一旗帜下的翻译标准之争——评《中医基本名词术语中英对照国际标准》病名部分

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医病名翻译的规范化原则。方法:分析《中医基本名词术语中英对照国际标准》中病名部分,探讨其翻译原则与实践的矛盾之处。结果:该书病名部分翻译存在实践与其所提倡的原则相悖的情况,某些词条的翻译仍然不够准确,需要进一步的修订。结论:中医术语英文翻译仍处于较为混乱的局面,要统一名词术语翻译仍是漫漫长路。Objective：To discuss translation standardization of name of disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：Analysised part of name of disease in traditional Chinese medicine basic terminology and Chinese-english bilingual international standard which revised by Shi Zhonglian,and discussed contradictions of the translation principles and practice.Results：Confirmed that translation of part of TCM name in this book which existed disagreement situation of practice and advocated principles,and translation of some terms still were not accurate enough which needed further revision.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine terminology translation is still in relatively chaotic situation,and the way to unify the terminology translation which is still long.
