杜仲的药理研究现状及应用展望

摘　　要：目的:探讨杜仲的药理作用及临床应用。方法:将近年来国内外对杜仲的药理作用研究成果进行整合。结果:杜仲典籍记载有补中气、益精气、坚筋骨、强志、轻身耐老,治腰脊疼痛、除阴下湿痒、小便余沥等功用,现代研究有降血压、降血脂、抗氧化、调节骨密度等作用,具有一定的开发潜力。结论:杜仲在医药领域有着广阔的应用前景。Objective：To explore the pharmacological action and comprehensive application situation of Duzhong.Methods：To sum up the the pharmacological research achievement in recent years home and abroad.Results：Duzhong has the effects of strengthening middle energizer qi,benefiting essence,strong bones and muscles,strong ambition,resistance to old,treating lumbar vertebrae pain and other functions.Modern research shows it can drop blood pressure and blood fat,anti-oxidant,adjust bone density with development potential.Conclusion：Duzhong has broad application prospects in medicine field.
