摘　　要：胰腺导管内乳头状瘤(IPMN)是起源于主胰管或分支胰管黏膜上皮的一种囊性肿瘤。这种肿瘤能分泌浓稠的黏液,从而导致胰管扩张和梗阻。笔者通过查阅外文文献,了解IPMN的病理特点,以便提高对IPMN影像学表现的分析,从而对于临床治疗方案的制定至关重要。Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms of the pancreas （IPMN） is one of cystic pancreatic neoplasms which come from main of the pancreatic tube or aside-branch location. IPMN can produce large amounts of mucin, leading to pancreatic ductal dilation, cyst formation, or both. By reading many foreign articles, we learn the histopathologic speciality, to improve the imaging diagnosis, it is very important for treating.
