结直肠癌中血管内皮生长因子和一氧化氮表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析结直肠癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和一氧化氮(NO)表达水平及其临床意义。方法分析南京军区杭州疗养院和杭州市第一医院2010年1月-2012年1月收治的55例结直肠癌患者,检测VEGF、NO水平,同时选用34例正常健康体检人群为对照组,比较两组患者血清中VEGF和NO水平,以及VEGF、NO阳性表达与肿瘤大小、部位、分期、复发的关系。结果两组VEGF[(384.6±42.4)ng/L vs(137.2±26.1)ng/L]、NO[(77.9±11.7)μmol/L vs(40.5±9.3)μmol/L]比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。VEGF阳性表达在肿瘤大小(χ2=2.89,P>0.05)、肿瘤部位(χ2=0.42,P>0.05)方面比较,差异均无统计学意义;肿瘤分期(χ2=8.35,P<0.05)、复发方面(χ2=4.38,P<0.05)比较,差异均有统计学意义。NO阳性表达在肿瘤大小(χ2=2.35,P>0.05)、肿瘤部位(χ2=0.44,P>0.05)、复发(χ2=0.44,P>0.05)方面比较,差异均无统计学意义;肿瘤分期(χ2=11.99,P<0.01)方面比较,差异有高度统计学意义。结论结直肠癌患者血清中VEGF和NO为高表达,表明两者与结直肠癌的发生、发展密切相关,VEGF和NO检测可作为判断结直肠癌发生、分期及复发的参考指标。Objective To analyze the expression levels and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and nitric oxide（NO） in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Data of 55 patients with colorectal cancer Nanjing Military District Hangzhou Sanatorium and the First Hospital of Hangzhou City and from January 2010 to January 2012 were analyzed and their expression levels of VEGF and NO were examined.Meanwhile,34 healthy participants after physical examination were selected as control group.The levels of VEGF and NO in serum and correlations between positive expression of VEGF and NO and size,location,stage,and recurrence of tumor were compared in both groups.Results The level of VEGF in both groups were（384.6±42.4）ng/L and（137.2±26.1）ng/L,and NO level were（77.9±11.7）μmol/L and（40.5±9.3）μmol/L respectively,which displayed a statistical difference in comparison（P 0.05）.Relations between positive rate of VEGF and the size,location,stage,recurrence of tumor were χ2 = 2.89,P 0.05;χ2 = 0.42,P 0.05;χ2 = 8.35,P 0.05,and χ2 = 4.38,P 0.05.Accordingly,in NO were χ2 = 2.35,P 0.05;χ2 = 0.44,P 0.05;χ2 = 11.99,P 0.01 and χ2 = 0.44,P 0.05.Conclusion High expression of VEGF and NO in the serum of colorectal cancer patients demonstrate their close relations with occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.Therefore,VEGF and NO tests can act as reference indexes in the estimation of its occurrence,stage,and recurrence.
