白内障超声乳化手术培训模式的探索

摘　　要：白内障是世界上第1位的致盲原因,在我国约占盲人总数的一半,目前我国白内障手术率虽然有所增加,但仍明显落后于发达国家。超声乳化手术以其切口小、术后恢复快,已成为目前白内障治疗的主流手术方式,但我国掌握此技术的眼科医生有限。因此,在我国建立快速、规范化的白内障超声乳化手术培训模式,在保证质量前提下增加白内障手术率,是当前我国防盲治盲工作亟待解决的问题。本文总结了高年资住院医生通过理论教学、动物眼训练、视频教学、临床实践进行超声乳化培训的效果,建立了由简入繁、循序渐进的规范的超声乳化培训体系,初步探讨了我国的超声乳化培训模式。Cataract is the first cause of blindness in China,accounting for about half the total number of blind people.The cataract surgical rate is increased in recent years in our country,but is still significantly behind the developed countries.Phacoemulsification with small incision,rapid recovery,has been a mainstream surgical procedure for cataract.But few ophthalmologists have mastered this technique in China.So it is urgent to establish the standardized training model for phacoemulsification in our country and increase the number of cataract surgery with high quality.This article summarizes the phacoemulsification training effect of resident physician through the theory leaning,wet lab,video teaching and clinical practice,and establish our step-by-step training model.
