摘  要:目的建立气相色谱法测定蔬菜中有机磷农药残留量的检测方法。方法将蔬菜中的泥土擦拭干净后,称取一定量的试样,经过提取、净化、浓缩后,于调试好的气相色谱仪中进样测定,并分别用DB-5毛细管柱和DB-1701毛细管柱对10种有机磷农药保留时间进行分析。结果 DB-5毛细管柱和DB-1701毛细管柱对10种有机磷农药均能达到很好的分离效果,用DB-5毛细管柱进行检测时方法最低检出浓度为0.020~0.25 mg/kg(取样量为5.0 g计算),回收率为75.4%~87.8%,精密度范围为0.59%~3.62%,相关系数≥0.999 0。结论该方法快速,简便,能获得满意的分离效果,并具有较高的灵敏度和精密度,回收率也满足方法要求,完全适合于蔬菜中多种有机磷农药残留的同时测定。[Objective]To establish the method of gas chromatography for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.[Methods]After carefully cleaning the clay on the surface of the vegetables,a certain amount of samples were weighed,extracted,purified and concentrated,and detected by gas chromatography.The retention time of 10 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were analyzed by using DB-5 capillary column and DB-1701 capillary column.[Results]Both of DB-5 capillary column and DB-1701 capillary column had good separation effect on 10 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides.The minimum detectable concentration of DB-5 capillary column was 0.020-0.25 mg/kg(sampling amount was 5.0 g),the recovery rate was 75.4%-87.8%,the precision ranged from 0.59% to 3.62%,and the correlation coefficient was equal or greater than 0.999 0.[Conclusion]This method is simple and rapid,it has satisfactory separation effect,high sensitivity and precision,and the recovery rate meets the requirements,which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of a variety of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.
