产业集群品牌风险预警及防范策略——江苏省为例

摘　　要：中国经济面对外部需求疲软、劳动力和原材料成本上升、通货膨胀等困难,实体经济尤其是中小企业的发展遭遇到了前所未有的困难和挑战,中国实体经济欲想度过现有的困难,必须除了进行产业转型、发展新兴产业之外,重要的还需要抱成团,共同抵抗风险。所以利用产业集群品牌发展优势带动大量中小企业共度难关是抵御后金融危机时代的有效措施。本论文采用实地调查法及文献研究法,首先对产业集群品牌风险的影响因素进行分析,其次对风险进行识别,再其次构建风险预警系统,最后提出风险防范策略。旨在通过对风险的评价,预警模型的建立,为产业集群利益相关者提前发现风险,预防风险的发生,确保产业集群良性发展。Economic entities,especially those medium-sized and small enterprises are encountering unprecedented difficulties and challenges,because the entire china is overshadowed by weakening external demands,sky-rocketing costs of labor and raw materials,inflation and so on.Apart from industrial transformation and developing new industries,an essential way to get through such straintened circumstances is to unite all the companies to co-resist all risks.So it comes as a result that Jiangsu Province refers to its actual situation that it has abundant foundations for developing county economy as well as township enterprises and that industries mainly concentrate in a region,and then begins to set up regional industrial clusters,aiming to guide the less competitive companies to overcome hardships with brand advantages of clustered companies,which is an effective measure to survive in the post-financial-crisis era.Based on field surveys and documents study,this article first analyzes what may affect the brand risk of an industrial cluster;then it points out risk should be identified and risk early warning system should be built up;finally,it provides some prevention strategies.The purpose of this article is to help beneficiaries of these clusters to foresee their risks,do something to prevent the risks and maintain a sound momentum in the development of their industrial clusters.
