柴芍胃炎颗粒对功能性消化不良模型大鼠胃肠动力的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察柴芍胃炎颗粒对功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)模型大鼠胃肠动力的影响,探讨该药治疗功能性消化不良的机制。方法:将FD模型大鼠随机分为模型组,柴芍胃炎颗粒高、中、低组,多潘立酮组,同时与空白组比较,观察其对FD模型大鼠胃动素(Motilin,MTL)及胃排空率影响。结果:其余各组较模型组胃动素及胃排空率均明显升高(P<0.05)。胃动素:柴芍胃炎颗粒高剂量组、中剂量组与正常空白组间无明显差异(P>0.05),但较多潘立酮组及中药低剂量组升高(P<0.05),柴芍胃炎颗粒低剂量组与多潘立酮组无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。胃排空率:柴芍胃炎颗粒高剂量组、中剂量组与正常空白组间无明显差异(P>0.05),高于低剂量组(P<0.05),但较多潘立酮组低(P<0.05)。结论:柴芍胃炎颗粒对FD大鼠胃肠动力具有明显的推进作用,能上调MTL,增加胃排空率,并趋向于正常范围,是柴芍胃炎颗粒治疗功能性消化不良可能机制之一。Objective： To study the effect of Chaishao Weiyan（CSWY） Granule on gastrointestinal motility in rats with functional dyspepsia（FD）,and to explore its mechanism.Methods： The rats were randomly divided into six groups： normal control group,model control group,high dose CSWY Granule group,medium-dose CSWY Granule group,low-dose CSWY Granule group and Domperidone group,observing the effect on plasma motilin levels and gastric empty in rats with functional dyspepsia. Results： The plasma motilin levels and gastric empty in the other groups were significantly higher than model control group（P0.05）.No significant differences were noted in plasma motilin levels and gastric empty among the normal control group,medium-and high-dose CSWY Granule groups（P0.05）.However,the Motilin in these three groups were better than that in the Domperidone group and low-dose CSWY Granule group（P0.05）,while there was no significant differences between the latter two groups（P0.05）.The gastric empty in the normal control group,medium and high-dose CSWY Granule groups were better than low-dose CSWY Granule group（P0.05） while lower than Domperidone（P0.05）.Conclusion： It＇s one of the possible mechanisms of Chaishao Weiyan（CSWY） Granule on accelerating the gastrointestinal motility in rats with FD,increasing plasma MOT levels and gastric empty.
