摘　　要：目的:通过查找PTSD恐惧应激调护的文献资料,总结分析补肾中药对PTSD恐惧的效果。方法:对国内外相关中药对PTSD恐惧应激调护的文献进行全面整理研究。温补肾阳的中药对PTSD恐惧应激调护的实验研究已从最初恐惧应激的整体行为评估,到细胞水平的免疫、病理、生化等,再深入到基因表达谱等方面研究,且中药对PTSD恐惧应激模型状况的改善效果明显。结果:补肾中药调护对PTSD恐惧应激具有良好的效果,为今后基于中医理论"恐伤肾"深入研究PTSD的发病机制、疗效和临床调护奠定基础。Objective： To summarize the traditional Chinese medicine,which have a good curative effect for the Post-traumatic stress disorder（PTSD） fear stress through the literature material.Methods： The research method is summing up the domestic and foreign literature about the traditiongal Chinese medicine regulating the PTSD fear stress.The experimental studies of the traditional Chinese medicine about invigorating the kidney for the PTSD fear stress have already from the initial overall behavior evaluation of fear stress,to the immunity of cells level,pathology,biochemical.And they have gone deeper to the gene expression spectrum.The improvement of the traditional Chinese medicine for the fear stress models is remarkable.Result： The regulating of the traditional Chinese medicine about invigorating the kidney to the PTSD fear stress have the obvious and special advantage,laid the foundation for the theory of traditional Chinese medicine of＂the fear hurting kidney＂ further studying the pathogenesis for PTSD,curative effect and clinical regulating in the future.
