摘　　要：雷锋精神是红色文化的重要组成部分,具有与时俱进的特点。在当代,随着社会的发展,雷锋精神的意涵也得到拓展。而拓展后的雷锋精神与现代社会的公民精神不谋而合。所以,公民精神是新时期对雷锋精神的传承和发展,是雷锋精神从典型走向普遍、从单向走向双向、从号召走向自觉的结果。Lei Feng Spirit is an important component of the Red Culture with the characteristics of keeping pace with the times. At present,with the development of the society,the meaning of Lei Feng Spirit has also been expanded.After expansion,Lei Feng Spirit happens to have the same view as modern social civism.Therefore,citizen spirit,as the inheritance and development of Lei Feng Spirit in the new period,is the result of Lei Feng Spirit from a model case to the general,from one-way to two-way and from appeal to self-awareness.
