摘　　要：高校学生党员影响力指的是凭借其身份和个性特征有效地影响和改变别人心理和行为的能力。基于高校学生党员影响力对于学生党建工作、学生党员组织以及学生党员自身都具有重要意义,高校应从塑造学生党员人格、提高学生党员能力素质、发挥先锋模范作用等方面着手全面提升学生党员影响力。The influence of undergraduate CPC members refers to their ability to influence and change other people＇s psychology and behavior by virtue of their identity and personality.Since it plays an important role in Party building work among the students,their organizations and themselves,universities and colleges should promote these Party members＇ influence by shaping their personality,improving their ability while playing their advanced and exemplary role,etc.
