摘 要:为了驱动某重型平移机械,设计了两种机构——齿轮齿条机构和螺旋传动机构——作为驱动机构。为了精确地描述和比较两种机构的运动情况,分别建立其动力学模型,分析它们的受力情况和运动规律。并研究了前者受力波动的原因。结果表明:螺旋传动机构运行更平稳,符合设计要求。In order to drive a heavy transferring machine moving steadily, two mechanisms a gear-rack driving mechanism and a screw driving mechanism were designed. In order to describe and compare the two move- ments accurately, the dynamics models were established, The forced feature and movement method of the two mechanisms were analyzed. And the reason for the former's force fluctuation was studied. The result shows that the transferring machine is driven more steadily by the screw driving mechanism, and the design requirement is met.
